SILPORT is being developed as a landlord port – investing into development of infrastructure and leasing it out with a building title to independent cargo handling companies for a long term.
Infrastructure of SILPORT allows to handle:
- general and conventional cargo – timber, metals and scrap, paper, foodstuff etc.
- project and over-sized cargo
- liquid bulk cargo – oil products, liquid petrochemicals, LPG
- dry bulk cargo
There are 4 terminals operating in SILPORT at the present time, operating 701,500 m3 of storage tanks, 40,000 m2 of indoor and 22 ha of outdoor storage areas:

Container terminal has been fully functional since 2014. Length of the quay line is 850 m, depth 15,5 m, area 40 ha, 5 cranes.
Silport TruckStop is a secure waiting area for 450 trucks, providing customs services, electronic booking and declaration for Estonian-Russian border crossng etc.
