On March, 17th 2008 the second pier of Silport has start to operate.
Tanker Baffin under Liberian flag has loaded 25 thousand tons of the liquid mineral fertilizers made at the factory "Akron" in Great Novgorod, Russia. Tanker has headed to the American port of New Orleans.
