 Alexela Sillamäe is an independent operator company that runs a terminal occupying a territory of 11.5 ha in Port of Sillamäe.
The infrastructure of the terminal includes:
1. 16 reservoirs with a total capacity of 292 500 m3: - 3 reservoirs of 12 500 m3 – light and heavy oil products;
- 8 reservoirs of 30 000 m3 – light and heavy oil products;
- 5 reservoirs of 3000 m3 - bunkering of different types of fuel + blending equipment .
2. Combined double sided railway pier (for light and heavy oil products) with each side able to accommodate 44 rail-tank cars. The projected working capacity reaches 5 mln. t. per annum.
3. Pump station: 16 discharging and 7 loading pumps with a loading working capacity of up to 6000 m3/hour.
4. 2 deep-sea berths (–16.5 m) capable of berthing ships 150 000 t DWT. 
5. Waste treatment facilities, fire safety water pumps station, boiler-house.
